Kristina and Phil’s wedding day started with beautiful summer weather at the Coveleigh Club in Rye, NY. Having never photographed a wedding at the Coveleigh Club before, I took a visit about three weeks prior to their wedding to check out the club and grounds. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The rooms inside the club are spacious and nicely furnished and the grounds are truly one-of-a-kind. I was super excited for their wedding and had photo ideas swimming around in my head for the weeks leading up to it. Their wedding ceremony took place at the nearby Church of the Resurrection in Rye and then everyone went back to the Coveleigh Club for a lovely cocktail hour on the back lawn overlooking Long Island Sound. Kristina and Phil opted to have a first look and take family photos before their ceremony. This allowed them to really get to enjoy cocktail hour and spend the time with their family and friends. The reception was a super fun time with a great band, lively dancing, and touching toasts. What a fun day!
Kristina and Phil decided to get my two-photographer package which was great because there were more photographs of the guys getting ready as well as another perspective during the ceremony and reception. Thanks to Keith Ferris for helping capture so many amazing images!
